Auditing Services


Rocky Hill Public Schools is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018. The requested audit will be performed independently from the work of the audit firm hired as part of the Town of Rocky Hill audit engagement.  The audit is to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, the standards set forth for financial audits in the General Accounting Office's (GAO) Government Auditing Standards, the provisions of Sections 4-230 through 4-236 of the Connecticut General Statutes concerning the State Single Audit Act, and the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133, as necessary. 



To be considered, we must receive sealed, clearly marked copies of a proposal as specified in section VI by 2:00 p.m. on October 12, 2017, at the office of the Board of Education, 761 Old Main Street, Room 231,  Rocky Hill, CT. Rocky Hill Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted. The Evaluation Committee will evaluate proposals submitted.
