Student Change of Bus Routine [COB]

This form is for “changing bus routines only." Examples include adding a student to the bus, changing or adding daycare information or no longer needing the bus.  If your student's bus routine is the same as last year, you do not need to submit this form to Central Registration.

To access the RHPS Google Change of Bus Routine Form click here.

If you need to change your student’s address [COA], please click here.  The COA Form does have bus change questions on it so you may bypass this form if you need to complete a COA for your student (s). Please submit residency proof according to COA Form requirements when changing addresses. COB’s will be processed once residency proof is submitted.

Please read:  Due to the large volume of last minute bus changes in previous years (i.e., daycare, address changes, etc.)  bus change requests submitted to Central Office between August 10, 2018 and September 7, 2018 will not be implemented until September 10, 2018.

From September 10th onward, bus change requests will take three school days to take effect after submitting to Central Office. Please plan your students transportation needs accordingly.
