Minutes of Meeting

A special meeting of the Personnel & Negotiations Committee of the Rocky Hill Board of Education was held on Wednesday, May 12, 2004, in the superintendent's conference room. Present were: Charles McMonigle, Anne Schmidt, Francis Palazzolo, Director of Finance & Operations Gregory P. Turansky, and Supt. of Schools J. A. Camille Vautour. The meeting was called to order at 8:00 a.m.

Mr. Turansky presented the Request for Proposals packet designed to solicit bids from prospective law firms to provide services for the Rocky Hill Board of Education. Committee members found the proposed language acceptable and instructed Mr. Turansky to issue the RFP with appropriate notice in the press, etc.

The meeting adjourned at 9:15 a.m.
