Minutes of Meeting

A special meeting of the Facilities Committee of the Rocky Hill Board of Education was held on Thursday, October 20, 2005, in the superintendent's conference room. Present were: J. Kirk Bostwick, Peter Arico, Anne Schmidt, Catherine Vargas, Director, Finance and Operations, Gregory P. Turansky, and Supt. of Schools J. A. Camille Vautour. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.

IAQ

Dr. Vautour informed the Committee that Mr. Cooke has proposed use of materials from the Tools for Schools project as the basis for the district’s IAQ. Additionally, he has made recommendations concerning formation of a committee and a schedule of quarterly meetings. Dr. Vautour suggested that the Facilities Committee recommend approval of the plan to the full Board. The committee agreed to do so.

The meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
