Minutes of Meeting

A special meeting of the Facilities Committee of the Rocky Hill Board of Education was held on Monday, September 18, 2006, in the superintendent's conference room. Present were: Committee Chair Peter Arico; Committee Members Nadine Bell and Rene Rivard; Board Member Neil Geldof; Director, Finance & Operations Gregory P. Turansky; and Supt. of Schools J. A. Camille Vautour. The meeting was called to order at 9:30 a.m.

Responses to the questions raised at the August 29, 2006 Forum were reviewed by committee members (see attached). The decision was made to do the identical presentation on September 20, 2006 as was done on August 29, 2006 to avoid any appearance of deception. It was also agreed that following the PowerPoint presentation Mr. Arico and Dr. Vautour would address all of the questions raised at the August 29, 2006 Forum. Following the presentation of responses Mr. Geldof will then open the floor to additional comments and questions.

The meeting adjourned 11:00 a.m.
