Executive Session Meeting Minutes

June 19, 2008

An Executive Session Meeting of the Rocky Hill Board of Education was held on Thursday, June 19, 2008, in Council Chambers. Present were: Board Chair, William MacDonald; Secretary, Nadine Bell; Board Members Charles Wisnioski, Charles McMonigle, Catherine Vargas, Frank Morse, Raffaella Calciano-Coler (6:40 p.m.); Maria Mennella (6:50 p.m.); and Superintendent, Jeffrey A. Villar. The meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m.

Discussion of the High School Principal Position

Dr. Villar reported that the committee to select the high school principal is recommending Mario J. Almeida, Assistant Principal from Manchester High School as the finalist candidate for the principal of Rocky Hill High School. Board members discussed the recommendation of this candidate.

The meeting adjourned at 6:53 p.m.
