Frank K. Morse – Board of Education

I have had the privilege of serving the people of Rocky Hill for the past eight years on the Board of Education.  I have been the Board Chairman since 2013.

I have lived in Rocky Hill for the past sixteen years with my wife, Maria and three
children, Emma, Lillian and Madelyn and have been involved in Rocky Hill through town commissions, the Parks and Recreation Sports Programs and Rocky Hill Little League.

My children all attend or attended Rocky Hill Public Schools. I have one student in the high school and two students that made the most of their high school experience and are now attending excellent universities. All have been through the elementary schools in town which allows me the insight to see and know the needs of the schools at all levels.

I have worked in a non-partisan manner for the past eight years putting the children first and politics second. The Board of Education serves the people of Rocky Hill and especially the students and should not be involved in the decisions of the Town Government. I will continue with this philosophy.

My goal is to provide quality education for all in Rocky Hill with a diverse but cost conscious curriculum. A strong focus will be to provide our students with the tools and technology necessary to become well prepared for post high school schooling and career choices.  I will continue to work to get our school facilities modernized to provide a progressive, efficient, and comfortable learning environment. Finally, to be sure all students receive the services they need to become successful both in our school system and as valuable members of society.
